Called no one at the other end .  View as a nuisance caller and should be prosecuted.

They continue to call me every day, and then hang up. They should be reported as a nuisance call and prosecuted.

They call several times a day and hang up!!!!!

Second time today - there is no one there when I answer, then after a few seconds, there is a beep, and a computer voice that says goodbye. Nuisance call.

3-5 calls a day hang up or computer recording "good bye" then disconect

It took two or three times saying Hello for her to respond. It was a woman with an Indian (I think) accent. She wanted to send me information on solar. I told her I wasn't interested and she said Thank You and we hung up.

Ditto to everyone else. I called the number back and there is no identifier, no answer but there is a recording say, "push #3 if you'd like to be added to our don't call list." I pushed it and I'm still getting calls.

This SOB has been calling and leaving no message.  very annoying.  If the government won't stop it it must be government related.

Early Tuesday afternoon. These two calls from the same number came in. For each one, waited three rings, picked up phone, said nothing. The caller said nothing, and took more than 10 seconds to finally hang up.

Got a call from this number but I didn't pick up. They left a message: "Hello, I am looking for (name)....(name)? Hello? Hellooo?" It was a man's voice, not much of a noticable accent. This was the first call i've gotten from them too....very weird.

I received a call from them today.  Said they were with Vibrant Solar.

Like everybody else ... phone rings and I answer because I have most annoying calls blocked automatically by my phone provider. Nothing on the end of the line. Then a computer generated voice that says "good bye." They are not manually blocked.

Call from 801-386-8041. Female with Indian accent  said this was "Green Home Initiative" and they were contacting people in my area about solar power. I told her I wasn't interested and hung up. Only answered because I have relatives in the 801 area code.

Could this be a company that verifies if real people answer and then sells a "GOOD Verified" list of active phone numbers to telemarketers?

Answer: Maybe. A list of good phone numbers (a 1-page sheet) can sell for between $5. and $7. When you consider that all the crook has to do is use voip, a computer, some cheap software, and then dial millions of numbers a day. The computer does all the work. Which is why it's usually a good idea not to answer, or call back unknown numbers.
