Same debt reduction scam.  New phone #.  blocked

caller id said private caller...  if they can't show their name,  I can't answer...  they were already blocked anyway.

called and left no message.  CID read "BROADWING"

Robocall: "This is the alert system with Visa Master Card Account Services with important changes to your account before the next billing cycle Congratulations on your excellent payment history you now qualify for a 0 percent interest rate on all your credit card accounts this is a limited time offer and you must respond immediately that's one now to speak to our qualification department and complete the enrollment process."

got the silent call, if as others say it's Visa/Mastercard call then they must of suddenly realized that if I press 1 to speak to them they will end up with ringing ears when I use an air horn pressed up to the speaker

That it doesn't. Very harmful and dangerous advice if anyone actually believes you.
