They called my cell phone here in Houston TX at 12:03PM and said "Hello, the FBI reports that there is a home break in every.............." I hung up after that. Sounds like a typical Sales Fear tactic. Ive gotten this same call from different numbers before.

This is an Illegal Robocall! Report it to the FCC!

Got the call...didn't recognize the number or answer.  Glad I checked this site.  Now I know it's a trash caller.

Just had cell number changed over the weekend.  Put number on the do not call list.  I just let this ring and didn't pick up...of course, no message!

call id with number no name, answered. They start talking about FBI and how they want to put a security sign in my yard and have me try their security company all by taped message. If i did not want to recieve the call again hit 9. I did as im a business.

Got a call from this number did not answer. Have been getting a lot of weird calls from tractor trailer supply companies and telemarketers lately.

I've received at least 2 calls a week from these [***].  The first few calls I was irate right off the bat and they immediately dropped the call.

This last call I played along with it.  Gave them my normal alias and a [***] address several blocks away.  They said they were a licensed distributer from honeywell but needed to come onsite to verify my house and if I was in a proper licensed area.  They even asked for my DL to verify my identify.  He said somebody would be onsite in a few days to speak with me.  I then asked if they would be monitoring the system or if a 3rd party company was, since they were a "licensed installer".  i heard "damnt" followed by click.

I'm working with an attorney trace the number, and file a lawsuit against the company.  We will track them down and make them big bubba's [***] before I'm done with them.

I had a missed call on my verizon cell phone also. I read the other comments and would like to report it as suggested to the FCC but do not know how. If anyone has the time to explain it, please leave instructions and I will follow up by reporting it. Thanks.

Wow, I guess these dingleberries are busy today.   Thanks to all the rest of you for responding here, glad I didn't pick up the phone.  I thought we couldn't get this crap on cell phones.  ::mutter::

Trying to sell a security system

Another robocall scam operation flooding calls hoping to reel in that 1 sucker out of 1000. Do Not Call list is proving to be another big government waste of money. Get 3-5 like this a day on my cell phone.

Called my skype number (I live outside the US), but didn't leave a message.  Best thing about skype is the 1 click 'block number' option.
