I think it could be a scam (someone phishing for numbers)

Caller left message said she was driving in my neighborhood and was looking to buy properties if I was interested in selling. Blocked the number after reading negative feedback on this same number

Caller left voicemail stating name was Brandy and was driving around the neighborhood and wanted to know if I would accept an offer to buy my home. I deleted the message and blocked the caller.

Received a text from this phone number a few weeks ago saying she wanted to buy my house. Now I’ve received 2 phone calls in a row from her. Blocked immediately.

Keeps calling and texting, leaves messages even though it's blocked.  Wants to buy my house.  Ugh.

“Hey how's it going this is Brandy I'm sorry I'm not even sure if this is the right number but I thought I'd take a shot in the dark. I was taking a drive around the neighborhood and saw your home just wanted to see if you'd be open to an offer on it I'm looking to pick up another property in the next 30 days or so I certainly don't mean to bother you but if you consider an offer I'd love to chat give me a call back at —————. “

I’m sure she was really in my neighborhood when I live in a different state.  Haha.  In a brand new build.  🙄

Received a direct voicemail - not a missed call.  The message matched exactly the comments made by the other posts below.  Brandy was just driving around my neighborhood and wants to buy my house.  Call 801-618-1402 if I'm interested.

Yup Brandy who was just driving around in the neighborhood and wanted to make an offer on my house. Its a scam for sure.
