on caller ID; suspicious ID

On Caller ID.   Called on a Saturday afternoon & did not leave message.

On caller ID,Left no message.

They have called me twice today and have not left a message either time.  We don't have a Utah phone number either.

On Caller ID, no message left.

Same as others here. Caller did not leave message. Have to admit I almost answered because it looked legit but I let it roll over to voice mail.

Eyewitness News on my caller ID, but no message. Star Tribune did the same thing today.   Started to worry why the media was trying to contact me.  Thanks for this site!

Eyewitness News on caller id but no message left

I saw this number by the name of eyewitness news today at 5:34pm but i didnt answer. i let the answering machine pick it up and they did not leave a message. I looked the number up online and its a number from utah. "I DONT EVEN LIVE IN UTAH!"

Saw this call on my call log as "Eyewitness News". They did not leave a number. I think everyone should get caller ID so they will spend millions on calls after the answering machine picks up! The authorities must do something about this!!!

It is a survey to see if you like the job of the president and your current governor, it is ok to take this call.

BUT NOONW SAYS ANYTHING WHEN U ANSWER....

ALso received this call. No message.

Very weird. I was going to pick up but I got kind of nervous because I didn't know the area code and I live all the way in New York.

Just got the call, didn't pick it up since I didn't know the area code.

I answered. Voice was Bill Ritter, anchor on WABC-7 New York.
Questions were about upcoming NYC Primary for Mayor, Controller, and Public Advocate. I completed the survey using Touch Tones.

Later out of curiosity I called 801-618-2082. Recording said if I wanted to be surveyed, leave ten-digit number, a Researcher will call back.
Since I'd done a survey, didn't leave my number.

call came today , did not leave a message . Eyewitness news - we are a do not call number.

Said "Eyewitness News," but since I recognized the Utah area code and I live in Connecticut, I knew it was a scam and  didn't pick up.

It left a message as though it were beginning a poll
