Caller asked to speak to an employee by name but as soon as I put them on hold to be transferred, they hung up

This number continues to call me and then just stays silent and/or hangs up.  How do I add this number to Do not call lists and revoking permission to call?

801-742-5068 they call our main business line and ask for a particular employee.  When the employee is not available, the caller refuses to leave a message.   They call often.  Wish they would quit calling, or leave a message.

IT Now, asking for our IT coordinator.  I had previously received a call from this number and the woman said she was calling from "English by the Hour," and I could hardly understand what she was saying.  Needs more hours.

Received a phone call from this number asking for a certain employee and when the man was told that that employee was not here he instantly hung up.  He had a very thick accent and was very hard to understand.

Called asking for me, and when my coworker told them I was unavailable, he hung up immediately. He had a thick accent.
