email claims it's McAfee renewal. 1. I don't have McAfee. 2. 801 area code scams.  3. Why can we just hunt these thieves down and kill them?  Feed them to tigers?

Received email stating it was for McAfee renewal.  Received email stating same thing from another email address a couple months ago and got scammed.  Somehow they got access to my bank account.

What a scam.  Legit McAffee has an 800# or 888#, not 801.  And wouldn't send an email from gmail.  Don't fall for this.

Received an email from "McAfee" yesterday stating that my McAfee antivirus security had been updated for the next 3 years. At first glance, I was like, "What the heck...I don't use McAfee." When I saw that it had come from a gmail address and the email was full of grammatical errors, I ignored it.

Dirtbags tried to take advantage of my elderly mother. Shot that down real quick. DIRTBAGS!
