ID comes up as "Out Of Area". I didn't answer and no message was left.

"Out Of Area" when should be local, rings once then pause, then rings normal, you pick up and they hang up???????

"Unknown Name" called my landline.  I picked up and said hello.  Nothing.  I waited.  Then a man's voice said hello.  I said hello again.  He hung up.

Got a call at 3:02pm.  This number has called 3 prior times in the last month. Never leaves a message. Today, my wife answered, as we were expecting an important call (from an unknown number). At first there was silence, then a womans voice came on. My wife asked who was calling, and they hung up.  Suspicious Scam!!
