Same for me but I have no hopital bills and they never leave messages or answer.

Calls Two to Four times a day. I never answer because the first and second times I answered it was a debt collector company from Iowa calling on behalf of IMC to collect a bill that went to collections. The thing is On my end I have no outstanding bills. The bill they reference was billed and payed in full back in December 2018.

Unknown caller hangs up when a female answers, that's me. Someone wants to talk to my husband, who is a easy ' mark '  I called the number 801-893-4968. Left message OUR number they keep calling is on a Do Not Call list, we have their number. Call us again, we file complant with consumer affairs of utah and FTC. Bye.

they have called multiple times from multiple different numbers. they burn a number then switch to a new one. I asked to be put on the do not call list they said they didn't have one. that tells me they aren't a legitimate company and are just trying to scam people

They called me twice this morning from "Alta, Utah"  Wanted to speak to me, I said what is it regarding, they wouldn't tell me but indicated that is was regarding a  medical bill.  I have no outstanding medical bills.  I will file a complaint.

It's the CBE group. They're attempting to collect a debt.

Yes, we already knew that and that is certainly what debt collectors do.

Called at 8a and 10a on New Year’s Eve in my area code’s timezone, which is 5a and 7a in mine, since I moved three years ago. I called back at a decent hour and  got an automated agent saying they are the CBE Group, and asked if I was Hillary Wilson. I said No and they asked if I knew Hillary Wilson, and when I said no it said it would update their records and not call this number again. We will see!

They call me today and when I answer the phone they just hang up

FYI - never give anyone your personal information over the phone, especially any part of your social…. just hang up

Hopefully that person who posted here in 2017 will stop back after 5 years to see your reply and will be able to follow your advice.

They call obsessively. Bill was paid by insurance and copay. Don’t trust this debt collector.
