They called, asked me to verify my info before telling me what it was about. I refused and she was persistent. She offered to give me a number to call back to verify. When I told her that was no different than her just asking because she could give me anyone's number she said, "so you're refusing to comply and verify your information?" I replied, "so you're refusing to tell me what this concerns before expecting me to give you personal information?" She disconnected.

Debt collector which is why they need to verify that they are talking to the alleged debtor before they discuss the debt.

This number called today asked for a person,  I asked if the wanted to leave message.  They started asking questions rather than leaving a message.  They do not identify themselves, If this really is CBE or whatever they should Identify themselves, and when asked if they want to leave a message they should do so.

This number calls then stops, then calls again.  I answer no one is ever there!  Any legitimate  company would answer and state who they are.
