Another scum robocaller

Yep, received an unwanted call 2 times from this person. Didn't pick it up either time, this person has not left a phone voicemail. I screened the number on Intelius, and found out it was coming from Kaysville, UT, although my caller ID said it was from Farmington, UT. I also found out this number was a landline. I don't live in Utah.

Called and left no message.

Same. Called several times. Answered once and then hung up.

As I was on a call when this number beeps in with a 801 area code. Of course the caller hangs up before I was able to switch over. So immediately I call it back to see who it may have been. The line rings several times then an announcement says it was a caller using some sort of post phone free call & text app I've never heard of. Pray tell, what exactly is this app? Will this be an issue that is reoccurring? Is this an some attempt to steal personal information?

Received two calls from this # wanting to update google account. answered the second time . the person asked if my  phone # was correct then made a comment asking if I had placed an. The ad was placed on craigs list and had nothing to do with google. I hung up.

got a text wishing me a happy Easter no clue who it was didn't respond
