Daily calls - no message - need these to stop

No response after 4 hellos. Calls big weekly- midday

Calls on regular basis. Absolutely annoying. Never leaves message. Answered once (probably mistake!) and no on responded.  Must be some type of phishing.

Weekly calls. No message. No caller when answered.

Called, doesn't appear they left a message. Never seen this phone number before.

Shows up on the caller ID as 552-1211, No area code. Caller name shows "phone call".

Call from this number with Local Area code- Vermont-802-552-1211. No message left and I do not answer calls from numbers unknown.

some vermont # calls all the time and when i pick up no one is there really anoying needs to stop now

Call from this number with Local Area code- Vermont-802-552-1211. I never pick up unknown numbers, but I did this time.. said hello. No answer on other line-only static sound and then a hang up. Blocked the number from my cell phone.

Called, left no message. When I called back, I got a recorded "one moment please" followed by a female voice saying "Mr. Matthews, how may I help you?" Since the company did not identify itself, I would not speak with them.

Called and showed it was from Montpelier, however, in addition to no message being left, nobody answered and it just rang. I am affiliated with our local government and thought it may have been from a legitimate person, like a congressman/woman, etc, So initially I did not block it, the second call rang and rang and then a automated voice said " We are unable to complete your call at this time, the third had another automated voice saying " We're sorry but we cannot complete your call from the phone your using and the fourth and final call before blocking said " You're call cannot be completed as dialed from the phone you're using" So it has since been reported to the states attorney, the BBB and this site. Seems quite odd......
