I would like to know whose calling me from this number

I also received a phone call claiming something to do with my  social security number. No company name was left on my answering machine no information given just that I have a claim having to do with my social security number the message that was left was very odd to begin with unless you give me a name of a company and a persons name I won't call back.
I believe it to be a scam. I think if anyone calls back they will be tricked into giving out your social security number. Once they have your social security number its over. They have all they need to take your identity
Besides telling me I need to call 8448334678 I have caller ID I googled 803-272-7124 the phone number that came up on my caller ID
its funny the google results came up with this website I entered a local number 803 but it showed up for 844 833 4678 this is a scam to get your social security number I have no doubt
