I do not ish to receive calls from this number, i dont know who it could be and they call all day and every day.

Called asking about a neighbor, if my neighbor was "so n so" because wanted to "get in touch" with them. Weird.

This number keeps calling constantly

My boyfriend recieved a call from this number from a "caroll Boyd" asking for me saying they want to resolve some business.... I don't know who this is how they got his number AND they know where I work........

Other sites have reported them as

Williams and Fudge  (They are debt collectors and have a history on 800notes.  Sometimes they will say they are a
                                  law firm, but they are not, so far as I can see.  Some of their callers say outright false                    statements concerning who's liable for a student debt.  Be on the lookout for these guys.)

The seem to specialize in recovering educational-type debts.   They call around to various friends and relatives and neighbors of the person they are trying to get ahold of and then cold call that person with all the existing information they have.  Their goal is to throw the target off with an information overload/cold-call.

If they call you, demand a debt validation letter be sent to you by US mail. (E-mail no good.)   If they won't do this, simply block the calls and ignore them.

Call blocker might help.  They are debt collectors.
