A guy named "Wes" called me looking for someone I had never heard of.  Then he brings up the name of someone who sexually assaulted me when I was a child.  He demanded over and over that I tell him if I knew the whereabouts of this person. I told "Wes" that I didn't feel comfortable answering his questions, because I felt very triggered by hearing the name of the person who assaulted me as a child over and over. I don't ever want to know anything about the person who hurt me so much.  In fact I have made every attempt over the last 12 years to never see that person again.  I asked "Wes" if I  I was legally required to answer any of his questions because I believed that I did not have to legally answer any of his questions.  I asked for his manager...he refused and said he did not have an employee ID number when I asked for one. Then I asked him to remove my name from his calling list and he refused and hung up on me.  I called back and was hung up on several times finally I got through and demanded my name be removed from the calling list.  "Wes" threatened to sue me for harassment and then disrespectfully agreed to never call me again.

A Wes just called me from 803-326-2962 asking for my business partner and brother regarding a business matter. Sense I handle all of our business matters personal and professional, I was shocked when he could not discuss it with me. I asked him repeatedly during the call to put us on his do not call list to which he openly refused. Debt collectors try to pretend they are above the DNC Laws, but they are not! I will be contacting my state attorney general regarding his continued harassment should he contact my number again in the future. I suggest anyone with a similar experience do the same. It is also against the law to fail to provide your business name if requested while making a solicitation call. Any call regarding the solicitation of funds owed on a debt falls under the definition of a solicitation call. Wes refused to provide his companies name, so this is another law he is breaking.

"Wes" called my friend's cell number and asked for his wife. He said my husband gave him the phone number. We do have a debt with this collections company but he has no right calling random people we know! I don't know what he expected to find out. He has also contacted my husband at work and is very abusive. I reported this number on the DNC website. He refuses to set up payment plans, he tries to bully you into full payment.

A Wes called me this morning from 803-326-2962 wanting to speak to my wife.  I told him she was unavailable.  He pressured me for more information and when I told him I was her husband, he stated he had personal information he needed to speak with her about and could not speak to me.  He stated that it was important that he talk to her today.  He also had the number to my inlaws and when I would not help him he called them.  Fortunately they did not answer.  This guy was rude and aggressive.  I hope someone can tell me how to track him down so we can get him to stop harassing people.

Wes called looking for my daughter-in-laws phone number but wouldn't explain why or who he works for.  He's very obnoxious, outright rude, arrogant, and does not respect anyone's privacy.  These people need to be reported to the authorities and investigated.

I just got a call from this Wes guy from this (803) 326-2962 , he called my mothers phone and asked to speak with me specifically. He used my first and last name and said he had personal information that needed to be released to me and he either needed my address or the last four digits of my social to release the information. I asked him who he is working for and what company it was and he rufused to give me the name of the company I told him that I will never release my information and he threaten that he will keep calling then. I told him I will report him to the police my mother then took the phone and asked who he was and what he wanted he said he could not release the information to her and hung up on her. Who is this wes guy?

I looked up this number and did a little research, They are a collection agency in South carolina Address:300 Chatham Avenue Rockhill South Carolina 29730. That wes guy is a dick im going to call the main line 803-329-9791 and ask
for a manager to complain about this wes prick. I still would give out my social or address. They shouldnt need that info

I just received a call from "Wes" from (803) 326-2962.  Kept telling me he wanted to talk to my son regarding a "personal business matter."  He wouldn't tell me why because my son is "over the age of 18."  I asked him who he's with and he said "Williams and Fudge."  I told him I would contact my son and tell him that Wes called.  When I talked to my son, he had never received any previous calls from this number and he knew of no one named "Wes from Williams and Fudge."  It turns out this is a collection agency.

i received a call from 803-326-1984 informing me i owe 10,000 to my school that i finished almost 2 years ago. Plus somehow he got my work number and called 3x in one day. I have no idea how he got that number , i was not working where i currently work when i was @ school. So i am very flustered about left my 3 voice mails on my cell. very un professional also not true at all about me owning 10,000 His first question was " what is my address" ? SERIOUSLY i told him " what proof do you have that indicates i owe 10,000 ?? He hung up ! SO FYI don't freak out or give in when they say there calling from " Debt collector "

Psycho! I'm 25 and got a call about my younger sister. He wanted her information and wouldn't give me any reason why he was calling her. What do I do? Should I be worried? My sister said she only has student loans and has no debt... and she's still in school. I am fearful for my sister.
