They buy debts from creditors then contact you to try to settle.  Actually very pleasant to deal with, extremely helpful.  I've spoken with their agent Adam on several occasions and he was so nice. I would advise speaking with them because they can work out a plan to help settle your debt.

I have never experienced such horrible treatment! This number couldn't reach me (I work 10 hour shifts) so they, called all of my family members. They called my husband, my two sons, my daughter on their cell phones, and my daughter in law. My daughter in law just started working at her job less than a month ago and they called her there. Where they got all of the numbers is beyond me and can not be legal.I don't even know the number. They are dispicable.

Calling about my Federal student loans that were past due. I talked to guy named Adam, he helped me get em out of collections and got me clear to get more financial aid for next year...and I paid them NOTHING out of pocket!!  I assumed they wanted the 11 grand when they called, turned out I had several other options...wish I woulda answered when they was callin a year ago HAHA

Adam West is currently being investigated by the US Government for fraud and IRS tax evasion.  He has also been convicted of identity theft and is using people's personal information to open accounts.

If this number calls you, be aware of anything you tell him.

Considering that Adam West died June 9, 2017 I think that your accusations are completely unfounded.  I doubt "Batman" would have done those things to begin with.  Too bad this post is a over a year late and you will never see it.

Never contacted me directly, just started calling family members so now everyone thinks horrid things about me!
