I'm guessing a telemarketer.  I got a call from them today.  I never answer unless I know who's calling.

I think it's another collection agency - you ask for proof of item needing payment and they never get back to you. It's similar to that other 803-326-XXXX number that other people google. They are a company based out of Columbia, SC and give you options to pay parking tickets etc. from your past. I don't know if they are legitamate tickets or not. But I DID ask for proof and the pushy guy hasn't emailed me or mailed me proof in almost 6 months. This time around ANOTHER person, a nicer lady, called and pulled the same act. Still waiting to see actual proof of an unpaid parking ticket.
