caller ID shows Willliam and Fudge. This is a collections agency for student loans. They were calling to find a relative of my g/f.

Keeps calling family and friends, they tell them I've done business with them or they don't say anything at all.

Called my 84 year old Mom asking about whereabouts of long ago divorced son-in-law. Recording: Left a name "Anna Leisha" (sp) and extension 234 to call back on.

It is a collection agency for Student Loans.  They were nice and professional. I checked them out with the BBB and their internet website, I am ready to work out repayment arrangements with them.

They call me..I am 70 years old I don't have any student loans.

I like to play with these guys' minds. When an unknown number comes up on my caller id, I have a number of ways I answer -- one, for example, "Our Lady of Perpetual Motion Rectory. Father O'Brien speaking. What can God do for you today?"

Either they hang right up or fumble for an apology and I get a good belly laugh.

If this is true, surely you wouldn't mind enlightening the rest of us with the business name you used to look them up at with the BBB?

keep getting call from here.  they do not leave a message.  can't return a phone call if you don't know who it is from.  Only the phone number comes up on caller ID

Calls all the time. Changes their number every call, but keeps the 803-326 portion.. I don't owe anyone money so do not understand this. Stop calling me!

Called asking to 'confirm' my information. When I asked what it was for, they refused to answer. I asked what their company does, they refused to answer. I asked if it was a sollicitation or a legal matter and they declined to answer. I gave then my full name to 'confirm' I was who I was. They still refused to answer my questions. Sounds like a scam to me. If anyone has any information about their whereabouts (their website conviently lacked a contact page) I suggest calling the local authorities.

I had the exact same conversation with them today... I refused to verify any of my information until they told me who they were and what it was about and they refused... then they got really aggressive and told me that this conversation would continue until I verified my information... I told them "good luck" and hung up. Although the number I got the call from was a different variation ending with 1425 but the first two numbers were the same and after this post, I am sure they are the same ppl. BE AWARE!!!! DO  NOT CONFIRM any of your information to them.

This is exactly what they did to me.  Sounds like a scam.  I refused to give them my name or any other information and simply blocked their number.

"Andrea" called MY OFFICE MAIN LINE from 803-326-5032. She had googled my work contact information and was calling to ask if I had any information about an ex spouse from FIFTEEN YEARS AGO. She was very polite, but this was a highly unprofessional and desperate thing for a collection agency to do.

These people just called, a woman, tried to get me to verify my info stating that she already had it but needed me to give her my dob or last 4 of social, I refused and stated since she had them to tell me and I would confirm she had the right person, she said she could not do that. I again told her I refuse to provide any personal info over the phone to someone I had never heard of and well, have a nice day and hung up.
