Said that they are represending the law firm of Martinez and said that they were going to send police to my work if I did not pay them money.  Person had really heavy Indian Accent. When I asked him for his informaiton, he hung up on me.

I received a call this morning and he indicated that I needed my attorney to call them about some lawsuit.  I thought this man sounded like he had a Nigerian accent.  I hung up on them.

I got a call from 803-400-8480.  Heavy, heavy accent.  Said he was calling from Martinez Law Firm.  I asked him what kind of law firm it was and he said it was against the law to disclose that information.  He said if I did not give him information, he was going to hang up in my face.....I beat him to the punch!!

I just got a call from these people on my job.  The guy had a thick accent and I think it was hispanic.  I asked to speak with the guy, and he said that he is a paralegal for the firm and my name and social, which he quoted, was included in a suit.  He refused to put me on with this guy and I said I have no idea who you are and what it is about.  He said why am I getting smart and hung up on me.  I call back and he hung up again. I storungly believe they are harrasing me at home and on the job.  This does not sound legit and frightening.

Received phone call from someone "claiming" to be a law firm called Martinez. They had all my information and asked if I had a lawyer because I was being taken to court for an unpaid pay day loan. I simply asked when this pay day loan was taken out and they could "only" tell me 2012. I then laughed and said I never received any cash loan in 2012 and didnt even have a bank account. They seemed to get an attitude at that point when i wanted more information. Obviously they aren't very smart because anyone that is going to take you to court isn't going to call you to get a settlement and they would have all the information. Which they clearly did not have. So i called my lawyer and gave him the phone number, he called them and left a message ...next day the number was disconnected. BOGUS. its a scam!

803-400-8480 Has called 5 times at my work place and each time it is a man with a very thick Indian accent. The first call was on a different number 301-327-7291 and I said I would have someone call him back. He gave me this number to call at and within a minute of hanging up the 803 number was calling. He was very pushy and wanted to speak with someone about claims. I asked him what for and he would not elaborate. I told him we don't give out information unless we have a name or address that we can confirm. He was very rude and angry. I asked him the last 3 of the 5 times to stop calling.
