they keep calling me and saying that he is a lawer but will not say what firm he is with. He speaks with a indian acsent and keeps telling me that a arrest warrent has been issued for me.he keeps calling my brother and harrassing them as well. Saying a wrote a bad check. I have no check out and no rurned check with my bank so i dont know who or what he wants but they did get my brothers number and my new number and i dont know how.

I received a similar car.  They come and go every few months.  They got the numbers from online loan (payday loan) applications.  It's a total scam.  Mess with them as much as you can.

Of course, I mean "call".

I've gotten calls from this number for two years - the indian guy isn't even calling for me, he is calling for some other guy but can't get it through his thick skull that he's got the wrong number. I've asked multiple times for what company he is with, for a manager, etc... guy won't give anything out. At this point I am with rcwhite - I just have fun with it!

I hit *67 and call therm back and say nothing and blow their phone up as much as I can.  At least this way it might prevent them from calling someone else

i got a call a year and a half ago they called and to me they have a warrent for my arrest if i didnt send some money apparently i owed them they said i havent heared from them then today they call again my place of work thats nice,i hope that someone can get them to stop thats harrasement and i work in a federal building if it doesnt stop i will have to send allinformation i can get on them to them an let them see what can be done.

He's been calling me with the same you have a warrant for your arrest story for fraud. When I blocked my number and called back pretenting to be someone else they tried to say the couldn't find me. I told them I was really scared and I wanted to make sure when he asked me for my info I gave him a bunch of fake info and all of the sudden he had a case against me. When I finally told him it was me he tried to play it off and say that he knew it was. Then when I hung up on him he tried calling me from a different number.

It is a spam.  If you have ever had payday loans out this is how they seem to get ur information.  Dont let them bother you, once yuo ignore the number they quite after awhile!

They are scammers trying to pull something next time get a address for them like u are going to send them money and call up your states attrny genarls office and report it

I mess with them since I look up the number either through whitepages.com or on line an see what they come up with a lot of times its a none working number. Another give away if they cal u and it has a plus sign infront of it they are calling from over seas. I even had a +911 call before claiming they were a cop from cali. And when I called them up about it they did not even have a cop by that name. And another time I had someone call me about a payday loan from four yeasrs ago and when I talked to them they knew nothing about it so icalled them back and asked about it the people told me to stay out of ti I will get called to court soon enough very funny when you get thwm back

They keep calling my job one day eight times speaking rude to my coworkers and my supervisor how can you find these people and get them to stop harassing me

I have received calls off and on for over a year but always dismissed them as a fraudulant call. Today they started calling my friends so I called the company that "Attorney Dawn Vincent"  claims to represent and they have no record of me. The company gave me a website to report the calls to    " www.ic3.gov

An Indian-sounding man with an accent from India called and begins a rant about how I have to call him back immediately. He goes on to say that my attorney needs to call him back because the matter is extemely urgent. He also state that I will suffer the consequences that will occur because of my failure to return and repond to his phone calls. He even went so far as to call my work and have them take down his information and have me call him back immediately as well. I have actually spoken to him and at first was nice about the matter. After several more phone calls, I had to get filthy and nasty about the matter and I was cussing and swearing telling him and anyone else in that office to stop calling me or else. I dont want to change my phone number but might if he continues on with this. I would take the matter much more seriously if in fact I knew what the legal matter was. If it were true, Id deal with it and if it werent, Id continue to blow him off. I hopes this helps someone in the future with this phone number and caller as well.

I am getting calls from this number, in fact I have gotten several calls in the past 2 days.  He is speaking with a mideastern Indian accent and says that he is an attorney and he has my address and the last 4 digits of my social security.  He tells me that I took at a cash loan out online in 2010 and did not pay it back, which is not true.  He tells me that I am going to be arrested tomorrow for Check Fraud and some other charges.  I told if he ever calls this number again, I will have him arrested.

These guy keep call me and calling my daughter tell her that they are going to come and arrest me for a payday loan I never applied for

I just received a call from 803-400-8483 and caller id showed Columbia, SC.  The man left a message demanding that either I or my attorney call back immediately or there would be consequences.  The man said his name was John Frank Deon and had a foreign accent.

I immediately filed a complaint with  National Do Not Call Registry.  I also filed a complaint with FTC and they suggested I call them back.  There's no way I'm calling them back!!!!

I know this is a scam as I've received similar calls in the past and have been threatened.  I refuse to allow these scammers to upset me or ruin my life.  The government needs to get these people before things get worse.

Casll 803 400 8483 from your FAX MACHINE....will drive them up a wall like they have been bugging me for months

He keep calling for my daughter and threating her,saying for her and her attorney to call or she will  be arrested.I wish something can be done with those people to make them stop making harassing calls it very annoying and it make you not believe in nobody in the legal fields or finance business.

When "attorney Donald Jackson" called me, I recognized the telephone number and got my whistle.  I blew it in his ear.  He hung up and called me back - twice!

These people call me at work and on my cell at least 10 times a day.  Same story indian guy who is an attorney and my attorney needs to contact them before "the matter goes any further and they can not help me".  It is now coming up on the caller ID 000 when they call.  Really??  Is there nothing that can be done about this?  Ridiculous
