I got the same all and the caller said his name was Jacob Smith.   This has been going on for months.  I block their number and they call back from a new number.   Same thing about suing and being served at my home or place of employment.

Received a call saying I owe 2 collections...then he started asking questions about my job..relatives...very rude...I needed additional info..I did have some fraudulent activity on me around that time...he wasn't able to answer ...I disconnected call and block them

This number called two days in a row. The 1st day using 1 number, the guy hung up on me, the next day with this number. I politely told the gentleman that I couldn't talk and he wasn't listening, so I politely hung up. I blocked the number. He called my parents house and told them that they were going to take me to jail that I had been served and so were they. I was livid. I called the number that the guy gave my Mom and it wasn't a good number. I had to look on my phone log to get the correct number. I know that I don't have any business with these people, but they better not call and harass my parents ever again. I did get a hold of this very nice lady who tried to help me. I tired if these people calling and harassing me over stuff that I didn't do.
