Vehicle warranty. . .I have received these calls everyday for weeks on both my landline and cell phone.  Apparently there is no way of getting off their call list.

These [***] keep calling on my cellphone (which is listed on the 'Do Not Call' registry). These creeps need to be stopped! How about a Class Action Law Suit against this David Logan character, that will fry his ass!

I just got a call from the same stupid number.  I don' ever answer the phone unless I know who is calling.  Life is far too frustrating at times to deal with the idiots who call trying to scam people out of their hard-earned money.  The number is listed to the same David Logan in VA.  Whatever.  I turn my phone to silent at night so they never bother me at night.  I guess we can't win no matter what we do, so I just watch my phone light up and walk away.

Supposedly from a place called "Warranty Help Desk". I spoke with a kid called Jason who said he was the floor supervisor. I asked who his supervisor was, and he said Sergio. Wouldn't give me Sergio's number. I told him this was about the 4th or 5th time I had asked to be removed from their list. Stupid kid didn't hang up immediately like he was trained. He got an earful, I got a little satisfaction. Why do I let these [***] bother me so much?

NEXT TIME THEY CALL YOU RECORD THE CALL, PLAY ALONG GIVE THEM A FAKE CHECKING ACCOUNT INFORMATION.CONTACT YOU LOCAL ,STATE REPRESENTATIVES. ALSO CONTACT AT&T SPEAK WITH SOMEONE IN CORPORATE.THEY'RE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS THEY CAN TRACE AND FIND THESE GUYS.AT&T EMPLOYEE'S ARE SUPPLYING THESE PEOPLE WITH OUR NUMBERS!KEEP A LOG OF ALL THE NUMBERS YOU RECEIVE CALLS FROM.I'VE ALREADY CALLED AND SPOKE WITH THE FBI AND U S SERVICE.KEEP CALLING UNTIL THEY DO SOMETHING.

Called my unlisted work number these suck.

Received a phone call from this number 804-230-3457 to my cell. Unable to answer when the phone rang. Thank goodness, as we have discovered it was a spam call. Phone did or does belong to a David Logan in Richmond, VA. The caller did not leave a message. My wife has many friends in Richmond so we were curious who would have called MY cell and not hers. I don't know anyone in Richmond.
Very annoying to receive junk calls to cell phone, and of course if I'd answered it would have used up minutes as the call came in at 3:59 PM (on 2/17/09)

Same number - I've had these "warranty expiring" dozens of times. What a waste of time and energy.

THEY CALL SEVERAL TIMES THRU OUT THE WEEK AND EITHER HANG UP WHEN YOU ANSWER OR LEAVE NO MESSAGE.

Just got a call at work from this number, they are selling health insurance now. Ban telemarketing, opt-out should be assumed for all, consumers should choose to opt-in.

I dont know any David Logan and I wish he would stop calling me.

I just received the same call. I have been getting a lot of these lately. I NEVER answer a call from an area code that I don't recognize and I would advise you do the same. If it's important or someone you know, they'll probably leave you a message.

If I don't recognize a # calling, I always google the # and what you all have been saying is what always comes up.

number registered to David Logan. Didn't answer it and didn't coll back the number either. No message.
