Received call saying it was irs that I should call before sent to court

I got the same call stating they were from the IRS Legal Investigation unit.

There is a widespread IRS or "tax scam" being  practiced by scammers on both Canadian and USA residents.

Short answer:
The IRS never initiates a contact via phone.
They always send a snailmail first.

This number called me 11 times in a row and then finally left a message.  After hearing about a irs scam on the radio I knew this had to be a Scam because it didn't make sense and who calls u 11 times?  I'm glad I looked this number up and the person who called. Officer Jason miller because it is a scam. They said there was a legal taxation against my name and that something would get sent to  court if I didn't call back.

I just got a call from an Officer Alex Watson saying she was from the IRS and that a case of fraud was being going to be filed against me in the U.S. District Court.
