A lady named Simone Wright had called  and  left a message at my job regarding a legal matter. When finally  getting intouch with them  I was told that I owed a 1600.00 load and that they were willing to settle for 500.00 I told her that I never receive anymore money. So she directed my call to their fraud dept. Which I talk to a man named Avery Davis who says that they have my ss# reference names and bank information. When  asking for the last four of my bank account  when I apply for the loan and when did I receive it he said that the information was not available and that it would be in the court  papers that I will receive  in 60 days. Then I asked for the name of the company and he says that Fox Enterprise had hired a collecrion company to collect loan back from 2012 and that If I wanted more information I would have to  hire a lawyer. I have never received  a loan  online.  This company has bits and pieces  of  my information trying to scam money. I was told different amounts  and when I catch them in a lie they change things around.  I Don't need a lawyer I have t a paper trail and it's called A BANK STATEMENT

Simone Wright keeps calling my cell phone and I finally hung up on her.  She said there will be litigation because I have not responded.  I have never received anything from this company in the mail yet she said I have been mailed statements about some loan I took out and never paid.  This is fraud as I have no loans out except my mortgage with a reputable, local bank.
Who is paying these people, where do they get their information?  How did they get my cell phone number.  They call my house and always seem to use different telephone numbers.
I find this very upsetting and now do not answer any calls at all if I don't know the number.  These calls even have the audacity to leave messages on my phones.
Wish someone could trace these calls and put a stop to them.  Any ideas?
