I received a call from 804-859-2907, on 8/9/12, from Brian Gonzalez.  He was from the DEA, working with a Federal prosecuter, David Wallace 800-556-6150, on case #CPO91187DEA2012 that was to be heard in Federal Court in New York City on 8/16/12 before Judge George Castellano (room 302).  He said that my name had been used as a receiver for a prescription drug shipment from a company named USA Online Pharmacy and asked what I knew about it.  He said that charges were being brought against me and that I faced 5 years in prison for these charges.  He offered me two approaches to solving this problem; !) he could send me a copy of the charges overnight, 151 pages, along with 2 federal marshals to arrest me or 2) he could intervene with the federal prosecuter on my behalf.  I tald him that I was wary of taking any action without seeing some official paperwork and that I had seen his name used in regard to a scam on the internet.  He said that he was insulted that I would say that and that if he was a fraud that they would take away his badge and offered me his badge number.  He quickly went back to discussing sending me the package and talking about the tracking number for it.  He said that he could not give me the tracking number until I deeided which way I wanted to go, arrest by the marshalls or his intervention with the prosecuter.  I finally asked him to talk to the prosecuter and he put me on hold for about 3 minutes.  He came back and told me that he had stood up for me with the federal prosecuter and got him to reduce the fine from $1600 to $800 because I had never been in trouble before.  So if I could write a check to someone, he never said himself or who in the DEA, he could make the charges go away.  At this time (about 14 minutes on the phone) I said that I would like to get his badge number as he had offered me.  He then lost his smooth demeanor and cursed at me saying he had wasted enough time on me, then hung up.

Exact same call as the others. he said that he had "intecepted a package" intended for me.  i said " i am so glad you intecepted it and that it never got to me so i never recieved illegal drugs and i did not commit a crme, thank you for intecepting it !"  this threw him off his game.  he said he had a cse # to give me, i said i would get the case number from the agents who come to arrest me.  He said " have a nice time watching TV in jail.  He is not very intelegent and thie least little logic throws him off.  Real moron scammer.

Call them back multiple times and ask to speak with Agent Dick...Agent [***]!  Then curse him out and come threaten to beat him up.  The curse words he comes back with are amazing!!!
