    Called identifying themselves as the DEA and that if I paid a fine of $2,500. which was to be sent by Western Union to a Special Agent Monroe in the Dominican Republic they would not send agents to
    my home to arrest me for buying meds over the internet.  Caller identified himself as James Badgi when
    he first called but when I asked his name again he said Andrew.  Call the number back and some woman on a voice mail identifies the number as the DEA and that they are busy so please leave a message.
