This number was by someone who identified himself as Richard Redburn from California and currently residing in Paola, KS.  I met him on Chemistry.com and for about a month, he appeared to be legitimate.  However, he eventually said he had to make a trip to Berlin and then an additional trip to Ghana.  He had used a webcam and looked like the pictures he had sent me.  He also called me several times from this phone number.  He said he had bought this phone while he was in Virginia on business.  

While he was supposedly in Ghana, he texted me on 111-044-0101 and asked me for about $1600.  I told him I didn't have money to send him and that I didn't make loans to people period.  When I checked the above number, there were reports from others who had been scammed by someone they had met online.  I broke off communication with him at that time.
