Yes, this is Bank of America calling me back about my HELOC.  Not a sales call.  She was returning my call.

I got called from this number concerning changes about my account and asked for my address and date of birth. I asked them to send email to me about what this is about since I was in a meeting. They said they did not have information of my account and asked me to call back. Of course, I would not call back.

The woman identified herself as being from BOA and said she wanted to discuss some upcoming changes with my account.  She knew my name.  She asked for my date of birth and address.  When I refused to give them, she kindly suggested that I stop in at any BOA to check on my account as she could not give me info over the phone.  I have not done this yet.  The phone call said it was from Virginia.

Same story as everyone else. The gentleman identified himself as being from BOA and said he wanted to discuss my account.  He knew my name.  He asked for my address for "security confirmation." The line then started dropping indicating it was possibly a mobile call. I told him I thought it was a scam and wouldn't give him the information. He then urged me to contact BOA for important account information at a number I couldn't understand and hung up.
