This number is a fraud number and I will be reporting it to the Washington State Attorney General's Office for corrective action to be taken and shut them down. I have also obtained an attorney that will be filing a harrassment suit against RPM when enough information is gathered!!

How do they get my cell phone?  They call many times a day!  Today someone asked for a person that isn't living here!  The female voice had an accent!  Please block them.  How do I get this done?

The phone calls were coming on my daughter's phone, who is developmentally delayed.They frightened her terribly. So I call back  on another phone and got a person, she was very surprised and said this is google "prank" phone calls. I said okay but tell the person who's doing it that I will hunt them down and shove their phone so far down their throat that to get it back all they'll have to do is take a s***! Well I haven't gotten any more phone calls. Also aske the person who is calling about a debt if they have the "original bill of sale". It is illegal to collect without that document and they can't bother you.

Some guy calls and he hung up as soon as he asked for some name similar to mine.  I called back, asked who they were, only response RPI, who do you represent I asked, RPI,he said.  Who are you I said. I asked if he was a telemarketer, he said no, kept asking for my phone number (I had called back on a private, number restricted line), I wouldn't give him my number, he rudely said, "Lady, I can't help you if you don't give me your phone number, I said "Too bad, you called me first, he said BYE THEN, I said You too, and hung up.

calls 3 times a day and never leaves a message. they have inadvertantly caused me to lose 2.00 a call every time I go and answer the beep when im on the other line. it is costing me money, unless that is thier intention...to trickle funds away from peoples phone accounts. This number should be investigated for fraud.

Your phone company is lying to you. They can block a number very easily. I'd give them a call again and ask to have that number put on your blocked call list. I keep getting the same number. All I'm able to do is do an automatic reject.

I've received a call from this number several times. Today I even picked up the phone when call came. There was a live girl who was on the phone and hung up after I said hello.

Sick and tired of getting calls 3-4 times aday for CARLOS........AH....CARLOS must of changed his number and we just happen to be the unlucky people who got his frickn number!!!!!!!!! With this day and age,companys can do a bit of RESEARCH (over the net....not that hard) and verify who's number their REALLY calling.......We have called these jerks back and tried to talk to them but they hung up. Look U DumbA@#$%'s sick and tired of you calling 3-4 times aday ... I hear you speaking in english but do you UNDERSTAND "STOP CALLING CARLOS DOESN"T LIVE HERE"!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, just downloaded the app.  And the company that called me is NPR Financial.  They claimed that they took a debt from a company called The Finance Company.  They threatened with lawsuits like always, but when I brought up the harassment calls and then mentioned FTC, they hung up.  Call the FTC and file a complaint ASAP.

I get these calls on my landline home phone at least 3 times a day and even up to 7 times a day. Even past 9pm. I don't get it for when I answer, no one speaks and I say hello several times get fustrated for I hear the breathing then I hang up. If its a creditor you'd want to speak to me wouldn't ya? I now don't answer for someone told me the longer one is on the line they can steal phone info (charging things to your phone #)--guess at one point it was some kind of jail/prisioner way of hacking phones. If you call and I answer SPEAK. If I am not and you get my machine leave a message so I know how to reach you back or at least know who you are to answer next time. So if this is a prank, a phone hacker with bogus # or a debt collector I don't know. BUT I am not answering anymore!!

They, NPR Financial called me three times the day after Xmas. They told me they were trying to reach someone else, I told them to take my number off their list.

I too was getting calls from this number 2-3 times per day and I knew I didn't have any outstanding debt for a collection agency to be chasing me. I called 1 866 212 7408, as suggested by one of the others on this post and when I called they asked if this is someone other than me and once I confirmed that it isn't me they said I has been removed and would not be called again.

They call me several times a day . I do not answer. But they left a brief message . So woman talking to a man and the man is saying " hang up the phone " .... thats it

I receive several calls a day from this number . They never leave a message or answer the phone. Seems I am not the only one .

I don't know who this is, but they have been calling me everyday sometimes 3 times a day!  Who is it and how did they get my unlisted number!!!!!

I called this number back @ 2:30am, I got a recording asking if I knew the extension of the party I was trying to reach & it offered a directory. I punched in SMITH for the name (I figure everyplace has a SMITH right?!), got a persons voicemail and let them have it. I gave my number & told them to remove me from whatever #$#()*^ list they had me on. So far it's worked...
