    Just got the same message (very amateurish robocall with pauses), about the $3M winnings in Publishers Clearing House and Powerball and to call another number with a 559 area code to get my winnings. Likely variation of the Nigerian scam where you have to pay money to get money, and the person, after getting your money, vanishes, Likely identity theft as well.
