    I just received an automated call from this number, it stated it was the 2nd attempt by Federal Agency IRS to get a hold of me stating IRS has filed a lawsuit against me due to tax fraud.  it noted I had to return a call to the same number to speak to the IRS agent assigned to my case.  I am assumign this is a scam but wanted to see if anyone else was receiving these as well.

    Yes it’s BS scam ! IRS don’t call you they send a notice to your mailing address for audit.
