    I have received 4 calls in 4 days from 4 different numbers all with the exact same recording:

    "We looked through our records and noticed you submitted a request in the past for information regarding a more affordable health insurance policy. This is a followup and we'd love to hop on the call to discuss some options. Please press 2 to speak to an advisor, 9 for a call back and to be placed on our Do Not Call list permanently please call our toll free number 8449891792 and press 1 when prompted or press 1 now to be taken off of this call list. USG 356 RPG."
