    Same issue. Filled online form after being tricked. They asked for my wife and hung up when asked who was calling.

    This is a bogus SCAM.  I too, believe this stems from filling out AND NOT EVEN FINISHING an on-line College.  Wish you all well and STAY AWAY!!!!!

    I am on a roll to protect us and more IMPORTANTLY,  PROTECT our ELDERS.  They prey on them.....SCAM, SCAM, SCAM......look out scammers...some of us are willing to go to any length to protect our rights!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
