They hung up after I answered. I called back. It is an energy company saying I qualify for…   Hung up. Blocked.

Energy company offering electric bill saving if you pay more than $75 monthly. Claims to be a government program that does not need to comply with do not call registry.

Called Monday, 2/22/17 at 1:15 pm PST.  Caller ID showed "Lompoc CA".  No message left when answering machine prompt came on.

An unwanted call from this Lompoc VOIP number arrived today.  When the call rolled to voice mail, the caller left no message, just dead space.  Robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) often use this ploy when trolling the phone lines seeking gullible schmucks to rip off.

This caller is reported to be a scam contractor touting energy savings, so it's not surprising the website www.whitepages.com describes this number as "scam or fraud.

Call ID said Lompoc, CA  When I answered I heard the traditional computer switch and then some dude asking about my home at <gives address in Ventura>. I said who did you want to talk to? He asks for Sandra. I told him he was a scam and hung up.

2/26/17 9:25 PST  Didn't recognize number and don't know anyone in Lompoc, so didn't answer.  No message left and based on previous reports, will block number now.

Same as the other reports here, called and hung up three times in one day. Number is now blocked.

Well, I'm glad I missed that call.  Called me yesterday (3/10).

This outfit has called me HUNDREDS of times.  I am on the "Do not Call" Registry.  I finally lost it and called THEM about ten times tonight  A different person answered each time.  Most of them hung up on me.  I finally spoke to a couple of people and they said that Southern California Edison provided my phone number to them because my electric bill was over $75.  I told them if they don't remove me, I will call them a hundred times ... Miguel (whom I was speaking to at the time said he didn't care -- he got paid anyway.  I called Edison and they assured me that they do not provide phone numbers to anybody.........  someone should really go after these folks.
