Fraud tech support.

Claimed to come from Microsoft tech support.  Said that I they received notification that I had a virus on my computer.  They said it was telling them this now.

My computer was turned off and unplugged about 18 hours ago.

called said they were from microsoft.  Very heavy indian accent, didn't believe them.  Got very indignent with me when I started to ask questions.  When they asked me how I got to the internet, I told them I drove there.  they hung up!

Called three times it was the same person.  Microsoft tech support, my virus protection expired and it looke like someone hacked my pc.  The first time I asked him to hold so I could transfer him to our IT support he got upset.  He called again this time it showed a number, I did the same thing and he called a third time.  I said hold while I transfer you and he said I just want us to be friends.

Claim to be tech support from Microsoft but I told them I don't have a computer and I'm reporting them to FBI and they said I can't do that

This guy called, & I asked who it was & I could not understand each word, but knew it was a foreign accent &
did not speak plain english; & said he was calling about my computer.  I asked "What do you know about my computer"?  & Then I hung up.  He called back & said your computer is hooked up to a server, yes,  & you have something wrong with your computer, something is on it, & it tells us to notify you about this.   I said, I will fix
my computer if something is wrong with it.. I am not talking to someone in India or somewhere who can't speak plain english, Bye & hung up.

Multiple calls in same day and over several days. Same Indian accent male claiming I had a virus on my computer. Each call I got shorter and more blunt. Definitely a scam.

Forgot to say, also coming up from several different numbers... all California but different numbers

Multiple calls a day from this number with no message left. Based on comments from others, I'll continue to ignore calls from this number.

Same thing here...said that that cannot remove my number, and that he just wants to be friends. Quite rude and will not stop calling...block one and another number with the same area code pops up
