Some new scam, or the same old stuff with a new number.  You block one, they come right back with another one.  Aggravating morons, the lot of them.

Called but left no message. Did not recognise name or number so I let it go to voicemail. The name on caller Id was Kirtman Kahahli.

Yes, got this call today -- caller I.D. said Kirtman Kahahli with the above number.    We naturally did not pick up -- we NEVER pick up.  It's way past time these losers GAVE UP!

Same as above. This call came in at 5:52pm today.

oh goody another new number the scammers are spoofing.  Mine came at 12:22 pm today.  Caller ID also said "Kirtman Kahahli".  Will report to no mo.

The caller, KIRTMAN KAHAHLI ( displayed as ID on our phone.) . called us 12:52 noon, 04.20.2015.
When I returned the call hiding my number, I received a lady message : " The person you tried to reach is not accepting phone call now, please try later." all day long.
Yesterday, I received a " Out of area" caller 490-5006, but the mail box always full all day long, belong a man with different name. According www.800notes.com the caller already call 5 person ahead of me.

I opted not to answer , so the caller doesn't get credit or payment from his ( her) employer.. When I returned the call hiding my number, the message always: " The mail box is full, please try later. According www.00notes.com, people already report this unwanted number.

I too received a call from this number, this month I have received 165 calls from 95 numbers. Each day I log the calls number, date, time, CID if any, and occasionally call back to determine if the number is spoofed. at the end of the month I attach a copy of my exlsx file and send it in with a complaint.

The FCC does use this information. "Your complaint provides the Commission with valuable information that we use to spot trends and practices that warrant investigation and enforcement action. We do not resolve individual complaints about this issue and, there will be no status information to report on your complaint. Your complaint (Ticket No. 2xxxxx) was closed as of today. The information you provided us will continue to be available internally within the FCC to inform the Commission’s enforcement and policy making processes."

Caller ID says someone named Kirtman Kahahli called. Sadly, no one came on the line to allow me to practice my profanity. I want to determine if there are any crude insults that offend these callers.

Another call from these parasites.  Thank goodness for call blocking.  So long, morons!

Went to voicemail and loser says hello, hello and hangs up. They might actually get business if they would say who they are!

A call arrived from this number today.  When the call rolled to voice mail, the caller left no message.  According to many posters (including my neighbor, Tiger, Ventura County), the caller is Kirtman Kahali, a Newbury Park illegal telemarketer (Do Not Call law violator) with a notorious reputation of repeated robocalling.  Folks, scumbags like this have no useful service to offer.  They specialize in wallettechtomy - the surgical removal of the wallet.

I have an unlisted telephone number and a few years ago put my phone number on the FCC “Do Not Call” (DNC) list. Soon after this I started getting 5 to 10 calls a day from telemarketers/scammers. I also discovered the FCC is clueless or helpless on how to enforce the list. After doing some research and reading the 800notes comments I discovered why. The telemarketers actually use this same list to call us!!! They realize the FCC will not, or cannot, stop the calls so why not use the list? The head of the FCC in charge of enforcing the list is Thomas Edgar Wheeler. Before his FCC position Mr. Wheeler worked as a lobbyist for the cable and wireless industry. He was appointed by President Obama to run the agency in 2013. Many people at the time expressed concern over Wheeler for the position due to his history of lobbying for industry. So don’t question why you are getting these annoying calls as long as Mr. Wheeler is in charge of enforcing the list. If you are really unhappy with the annoying calls then write to your congressman, senators, news agencies, 60 minutes, etc. and let's get rid of Mr. Wheeler another do nothing, worthless, government employee.
