    States it is tied to PayPal security. Number was embedded in an email to call if transaction seemed unfamiliar. Scam.

    I received the same it seems like a scam. I guess the best thing to do is contact Paypal to verify if it is a real message

    I received an e-mail from them saying I had to call by 7 a.m. and that is 2 hours before Paypal opens. So I say its a scam.
