    Of course the transaction doesn't exist. Paypal is likely the biggest scam on the Internet and should have been shut down the day it launched, and the whole thing is a scheme to intimidate people into calling these numbers so that fraudsters can attempt to trick them into revealing personally identifiable information, such as banking or payment card numbers.

    DO NOT CALL and do not do business with anyone peddling Paypal if you don't want to get burned. The Internet is a cesspool of fraud.
