Obviously, I didn't call. I know it was an email but since it referenced a telephone number, I thought it might be of interest.

I also got this exact same message. down to the exact dollar amount.

Received the same email, but for $731.10. They claimed to be PayPal.

I got the same email from "paypal" when I dont have one for $731.10 for crypto.

I got an email from “PayPal” saying I got an attempted transaction from Coinbase for $731.10 and to call 805-500-8405 to disbute it. I did not call or respond to the email.

Yes, same amount for me on same date.  Don't take the bait!
