Called us at 9:30am telling us that one of our windows 7 computers were infected with a vruis and we needed to download and install teamviwer so they can fix it, thinking it was a scammer we installed teamviwer on VMware to see what they would do and turns out it was a scammer, they syskey the VM pc and changed its password and to finish the job they need our credit cards so we can pay $14.95 so we can see our screen again at this point we simply hanged up. And reported the number to our phone service provider. And blocked the caller.
