This number belongs to a telemarketer pushing some kind of credit counseling scam. I have gotten 14 robocalls from this number today so far. Multiple violations of the Do Not Call rules.

Recorded message called me to lower my interest rates.  After being transferred to a human, they claimed the company name was Universal Card Services, but said their website is at http://changeyourdebt.com/ "Briter Days Debt Relief"

Reported them to http://www.donotcall.gov/

I was called by this universal card services over and over again. I am on a do not call list. They use a ilegal phone dialer and say they are universal services then say their website is wwwchange yourdebt.com. Then their superviser Scott calls me back and says they are Briter Days and gives me the phone number 1-866-606-0190. Emil the first guy I talked gave me an address in Agoura California and that Scott guy called me from a 818 area code which is Agoura California.
