Getting multiple phone calls, stating you can get a loan with no credit check, says affiliate of Wells Fargo Bank.

The caller from this number told me that I could get a loan if I purchased a greendot moneypack. The loan for $5000 was supposed to be wired to my checking account with no credit check but it was a scam. I asked could I get my money back and they said no so now I want to track them diwn and file a lawsuit against them. .

Received a call from this number.  Caller stated that he was from a financial company (couldn't understand the name). Asked to speak with shaquala.  When I told him he had the wrong number a woman came on the line and said I applied for a loan using my phone number. I told her that I had not applied for a loan.  She started yelling at me so I again stated that she had the wrong number and hung up.  An hour later they call again.  Stated that I applied for a loan. I said no I did not and that I was going to report them to the attorney general of the state of MS.  She was screaming at me that she would keep calling me again and again.  I hung up.  The number called me 6 times back to back.  I declined the call each time before finally blocking the number.  

Non-English speaking moron continues to call for our 6 year old. Says if she does not accept the loan that theyare offering she will be arrested and have to spend time in jail.

Last time they called I asked for supervisor & told him I contact FCC & I was on do not call list.  They said "F**k you" & hung up.  That was 2 weeks ago.  Just got a call again.  Keep telling me my loan was approved.
