They had the nerve to leave a message this time saying that, if they don't hear from me or my attorney, they wish me "good luck" as the situation unfolds badly!  What a f****g joke!  CRA or any collection agency contact you by mail and use your name.  Not some generic robot call.  I'm going to block them...

My husband just got the exact call only a few mins ago. He was able to call the guy back and because he would not give him any of our info, the man said he was sending the cops to our home to arrest him...

Same details as Yakahammer above... except he said his name was Eric Foster and he was a police officer and he had to hear from us immediately or our attorney before situation got worse...??!!

When the cops come, invite them for BBQ! LOL

I didn't get his name but basically, it's a scam.  Don't give these [***] any info!

I got a call from 8077883923 saying that he was Officer Eric Foster and that it was a very serious situation. He needed to hear from me immediately or my attorney and if he didn't hear from me or my attorney, he wished me good luck! I'm a LegalShield member so I will be calling my attorney
