No message, caller ID SpecialRate totally a scammer

It calls every day several times with different phone numbers and from different states. One and the same male voice, sometimes a woman calls. But everyone has a strong accent from India. Always offer State Grants.
They say that I won $ 9000.

Got a call from this number stating that it's in Michigan. I personally don't know anyone in that state, nor have any creditors there. Waited for it to go to v/mail, no message was left. These ppl need to stop with the scamming. The world has enough issues without this too going on!

Thank you for having sites such as this.  Got a call from 810-285-7276, didn't answer, left no message.  After looking it up just added to my block list.  So much for "Do not call list"!

Call came in from this number the name on it is Lead but left no message I don't answer unknown numbers . It's a Michigan number

Name on Caller ID - LEAD , area code is from Flint. Michigan. Not a familiar number left no message. Another SCAM call AGAIN. BOY OH BOY these SCAMMERS ENJOY BOTHERING PEOPLE !!!

this number from flint,michigan called.....i know no-one in flint,mi.....i don't answer calls i don't recognize.... i have voicemail for a reason....if they can't leave a message, i have no interest in talking with them....i called the number back, got a menu that prompted *to speak with a customer service representative, please press one now* .....CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR WHAT?????...... to be removed from our calling list, please press two now..... 22222222222222222222222222222222.......i get calls from collectors trying to get paid on debts from over 23 years ago....... pfffffffffffffffffffffttttttttttttttttttttt

The Do Not Call list is a joke. it does not work. I have over 3 dozen calls in the past month - all from different states and cities - they're all BS health insurance calls. Ridiculous

Well, the Do Not Call Registry does work as it was intended to. It prevents legitimate telemarketers from calling you.  Your callers are criminals, since when do criminals obey the law?
