I never ever answer my phone to unrecognized numbers.  If everyone did that, these pos scammers would go out of business.  If you call back the number using *67 it goes to a recording asking if you to push a particular number it will connect you to customer service, or get put on their do not call list, etc.  Same ol BS from these low life turds eaters.  What I have discovered is that these same telemarketers are using several different area codes.  Again, if you call back using *67 you will get the same recording about pushing a particular number to connect to customer service etc. etc.  Sure wish there was a way to send a virus through the phone lines into their "service center".

I missed their call and called back to see who it is to share that info with you guys.  US Female robot said "Welcome to our customer communications platform..." No company name, nothing about what the heck they're trying to sell us.  Options, of course, were #1 to connect to a live person and #2 to be removed within 48 hours.

Yep, I agree with SmartChick. I got a call today and I missed. I called and faced the same issue.
I pressed #2. Let's see if they honor my request

Caller id said flint Michigan don't know anyone there let it go voice mail

Phone rang did not pick up. no voice mail

Did not answer due to didn't recognize. No voicemail. Then read reviews.

SCAM Phone Number. I NEVER answer phone calls from numbers I do NOT know. For this reason. They stated, on voicemail, I have overdue student loans and need to set up payment options. My loans have been paid off for over 30 years. LOL
