Vulture trying to exploit families of deceased.

Exploiting people who are struggling, goes by Corrine or Katie and is absolutely a bottom feeder.

Corrine called and left a message, when I asked what the name of the company was and what they offered, the call was terminated. Was a scam.

Received a voicemail from “Karen” supposedly trying to contact someone with the same last name as me. She said this person was getting some money coming back to him from a house. Never heard of Home Center or the person they are trying to contact. A quick google search led me to this and other sites. There seems to be many others with this same message. SCAM. BLOCK!

I received a voicemail from the same person from the same company just today wanting to share some "good news" about my deceased mother's property! Thank you for posting this. I will definitely not be calling them back!

I lost my house, it was auctioned off Dec 6, Corine called from Professional Services  today saying there's good news! I'm getting some money back from that auction. Makes no sense to me!

Received a message indication there was good news about a house of mine that is in foreclosure...  Checked the number and found out it was a SCAM...

Called me out of the blue about my dad's house. He lives out of state and didnt give my number to anyone. "Corrine" said she had some good news for him.

Just had the same thing happen to me. Not only did they call me, but sent me a text, so I replied with "my house is in foreclosure why would I get money back?" Corrine called me back and left me a message saying they received my text and that I was getting money back. So I called her back just to see what they would say, knowing this was a scam. She put me on the phone with her boss Kathy and Kathy says she was going to have her attorney call me right now. Havn't received a call. Unbelievable. They want to know the condition of my house so they can put an offer on it at auction.

I don't understand why people are making so many negative comments.  I got a call from them and they HELPED me!  I didn't understand that I could get money from my house that was in foreclosure following my divorce. I thought I had to walk away with nothing.  This could not have been further from the truth.  They are not a scam and didn't ask me for any money.  Instead I got a check from them for several thousand dollars.  It was enough to take my kids and get a fresh start.

Well, I would be the big part is that we can tell that you are a complete and utter liar. This is completely something people can do themselves for free, so why should they give all the money to a bunch of crooks? Especially when this outfit does not legally exist. Maybe you would like to tell us where they are located to make your post much more believable?

My home is currently in foreclosure and currently awaiting a loan modification awaiting approval I received a call today from Judy sand she had great news on my property and list of the address it was from a local number so I called back it immediately went to voicemail she said she was from professional services

I don't know why there are so many negative comments about this company.  Have any of you who are actually making these negative comments listened to how they want to help?  I came here to post a GOOD review of this company because I listened and they offer options to foreclosure that I never knew about.  I walked away with a check for a decent amount of money and they didn't charge me a penny.

They are in Flint Michigan and I did get a check from them.  I didn't pay a fee and they are very professional and knowledgable.

So, "Amber H/M. Riker", you show up here & claim that this bunch of SCAMMERS are legit. & then you claim they're in Flint, Michigan! Not only are you an extremely bad Shill, you're incredibly stupid one as well. Did you really think that anyone would believe that a group in Flint would be "helping" people by purchasing their properties?
Why don't you give us the full, legitimate address of this group? It's right there on that supposed check. We'll be waiting...

There you said they connected you with a Bankruptcy Attorney and he saved your house. No mention of them giving you a check.  The key to being a liar is to tell the same lie constantly.  Looks like you have real problems with that.
