Yep, got one just now at 3:36pm on a pay-per-minute cellphone. So I hung up quickly to save money, Robocall tried to interest me with "overpaying for auto insurance". This is a triply illegal call in Indiana: robocall, telemarketing to do-not-call, telemarketing to cellphone. Location: "NANPA: Assigned Columbus, Indiana (Ameritech Indiana)" However, another unwanted call site lists it as "Charlestown, Indiana". Both towns are in southern Indiana on or near I-65. Earliest report date from another site: Jan 22, 2012

Got one as voicemail on my pay-per-minute cellphone.  Call lasted four seconds, and there was no message.

Did not answer cause I was at work, but this is a new one for me. Robo call or scammer or bill collectors now have phone numbers in my area code that look like local calls? Never answering my phone again for unknown calls. Period!

funny I got this call right after signing up for the national do not call list !!! yes, it is a pre paid phone, did not answer.

Is your phone number between (000) 000-0000 and (999) 999-9999? It is? Computers using voip can call millions of numbers a day. they will at some time get to you. Also, with a prepaid phone, you have someone's old phone number.

Got a call from this number in the middle of the day.....Unwanted and I'm on a do not call registry..........Needs to be stopped

I'm on Indiana's do-not-call list, and received this call today in the middle of the day.  I was in the middle of teaching, so it just vibrated in my pocket.  (I have a Jasper cell number.)

I just rec'd a call from this number in the early afternoon. I am also on the do not call list for Indiana. I answered it thinking it was my brother whom I was texting back and forth at the time. It was about auto insurance.I hung up as soon as I heard the auto msg. This crap needs to stop.

I got a call from this number just before 10:00 am.  I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer the call.  My phone indicated I had a voicemail but when I listened to it, there was dead air before the caller hung up.  I am on the Indiana do not call list,  it it obviously didn't matter in this case.

I have determined that Ray Skillman sold my info and that this is how my number got out
