Credit card debt people

Repeated calls from Florida wanting to tell me how to lower interest rates on my cedit card balance. I have no credit card balance. When I pressed 9, as instructed, to speak to a live person and after telling this live person  this fact and that I wanted taken off their call list, he hung up on me. This is a real unwanted nuisance and it happens about 2-3 times a month. Can it be stopped??

The call says this is Rachel with card services about lowering interest rates on my credit cards.....When I press 9 it says all circuits are full. I get these same calls at least 5x a month not only from this number butfrom other numbers.  Same recorded message.  Very annoying and sometimes when you are unlucky enough to get a live person they are very rude and hang up when u request number being takenoff there list.  I even had one young man call me the B word when I asked him exactly what credit cards I had.
