Fraudulent company. 3rd time they called me but different numbers or "unavailable" on my cell phone. They have a recorded message that offers a great service to have your CC interest rate lowered and tells the victim to press 9 for more information. I pressed 9 and a woman who sounded different from the others asked if i'd like more information. I told her I would like information on the company and she said, "sure hold on while I transfer you to a representative," and she hung up on me. Tried calling back and a voice message says its not a working number or something.

BE WARNED THEY WILL NOT STOP CALLING. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION.
Next time they call me i'll have a nice long string of profanity waiting for them. hah! since they're clearly ripping people off whats it matter?

Called on my cell stating it was my last chance to lower my interest rate on my credit card. Hit "9" to hold for a customer svc rep. Rep named Alex Williams asked if I had called to lower interest rate.He wanted personal info. Asked which card he was calling on. He stated that they work with all of them - Visa, MC, etc. Asked which bank. He named Bank of America, etc. Asked who gave him my number. He stated that the bank did. Told him I never gave my cell# to any of my banks. He hung up on me. Needless to say, I think I disrupted his case with my questioning. The phone is invalid. Watch out for scam. Don't give out any info.

Got a similar call today. A recorded message of a woman with a British accent telling me that they want to talk about my credit card account and how to lower its rate. I had a feeling it was a scam, so I hung up and immediately Googled the number.

i received a phone call from this number but i didn't get to hit 9, so the phone call ended; when I tryied to call  the  phone is invalid. Beware of this number, and this kind of calls, those are clearly scams. what I wonder is how these people get a phone line with this numbers, and how do they get our numbers to call us.
