- jojomfd1I just got a call from this number, and have been getting them regularly every week for several months. They claim to be a Credit Card services company to lower your interest rates. They will not give the name of a bank that they work with, or even a city they are located in. I have repeatedly asked to be taken off of their phone list and just get hung up on. I would love to find out more on these guys, in Ohio we can sue for phone harrassment by telemarketers 30 days after you have requested to be removed from their list. This has been months beyond that window. I just have to get an address.

- jomejust had this call, answered it and listened to the recording then pressed what was asked and someone answered to lower our credit card interest. Told them we don't have a CC and not to call here anymore and they hung up right away. Have been getting these calls just bout every 2 weeks, its getting to be very annoying. Just wish i knew who was calling so that I can report them.
- ThemaI received a call from this number, the message that was left was a automated message stating they could lower my interest rate "considerably". I have been getting this call quite often, and wish I knew who it was so I could make an attempt to get it to stop.
- RCI received a call from the number 1-819-000-8537 and when I pressed the 9 to talk to some one I told her that I didn't have there credit card. The lady who answered hung up on me immediately, no response but just a click.

- carigisIF you gave them your credit card number call your card services and have them cancel out the number and issue you a new card with a new number (not a replacement card with the same number).
JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - The Missouri attorney general is warning consumers about a phishing scam concealed as a call to lower your credit card interest rate.
Consumers say the caller claims to be from "Card Services." You are then asked to dial a number which is typically 9 if you are interested in lowering your credit card rate.
Then, you are asked for your credit card number to see if you qualify for this lower rate. Attorney General Chris Koster says it's just an attempt to steal your credit card information.
"This is a typical phishing scam, in that it tries to play on consumers’ emotions and excitement at the idea of saving money," Koster said. "But as always, consumers should never give out their personal information to anyone who contacts them."
